Brain Gain: Ways to enhance memory, and lead a brain wellness lifestyle

Do you ever walk into a room and wonder why you are there? Are you frustrated because you sometimes can't recall names of people, but you recognize faces? Do you ever forget where you put your wallet, keys and/or glasses? In this interactive and insightful workshop series, we will explore why these situations occur and what we can do to minimize them. Come learn about the components of memory and practice tips and techniques for memory improvement in an interactive and non-threatening environment. You are not the only one who occasionally experiences "static in the attic!"


Instructor: Alice Jacobs Ed. D., MS: Dr. Jacobs is an educational physiologist and internationally recognized leader in the field of senior learning and brain health.

Cost of the 4 session series is $40.00 per person and includes all hand-outs and materials
